A refined user experience to complement a diverse range of kitchen products
Overview
Smile Kitchens wanted an overhaul of their existing website design, with a more simplified look, as they felt their existing site contained superfluous elements which hindered the user experience. I worked on the re-build, ensuring all elements of the website were in congruence and matched the designs provided. Every element of the website was made editable through Wordpress, animations were simplified and video content was introduced to showcase the kitchens.

Built in Wordpress, the user is able to control all aspects of this website, from the highlighted kitchen ranges through to technical details and colour palettes.

The website was tested and refined for the most common devices and browser types to ensure a consistent user experience

Adopting a mobile first approach ensures that important elements of the website are accessible on all device screens, providing a more holistic website experience.
Categorisation & Filtering
Kitchen ranges were given detailed category information, such as Type and Finish, allowing users to utilise filtering options to facilitate their search.
